Payment

We accept all forms of credit and debit card payments but find PayPal is the easiest.

Packages will not be sent until payment has cleared.

Any problems with payment, please contact us via the contact page or shop@hiiragi.com.au.

Shipping

All of our packages are sent through Australia Post, either standard or express post.  These options are available to you via checkout.  We try to get the order shipped within 1-2 days, but delays can occur when stocks are low or we need to make the toy from scratch.  We will contact you if this is the case.

HiiRagi HQ is located in Tasmania, Australia.

  • Shipping within Tasmania usually takes 2-3 days
  • Packages posted with Australia normally take 4-5 days
  • Shipping to the rest of the world is generally 2-3 weeks but delays of up to 6 weeks can occur.

Gift wrapping

If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) via email or in the other shipping notes.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 10 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of both parties quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.  We do not exchange or refund if you have simply changed you mind.  For further information on your rights (and ours) visit the ACCC.

Exchanges must be made within two weeks of purchase.  Where postage is required, HiiRagi will cover the postage cost of the new item being sent out but the purchaser must cover the postage cost of the returned item.
